Marcus McLeod - President
High School: Franklin Central High School
Fun Fact: “I have six siblings”
Bio: Marcus McLeod currently serves as the State President of Indiana FBLA. He is a junior at Franklin Central High School and represents the Indiana Virtual Chapter. Outside of FBLA, Marcus is an active musician, playing saxophone and bassoon in Franklin Central’s Marching Band. He also holds a leadership role on the student council and has accumulated over 200 hours of community service through various initiatives.

Bailey Holley - VP of Membership
High School: Indiana Gateway Digital Academy
Fun Fact: “I really enjoy my pets.”
Bio: Bailey Holley is serving as the 2025-2026 Vice President of Membership. She is currently a senior and attends Indiana Gateway Digital Academy. This is her third year being involved in FBLA. She spends most of her free time working, but also enjoys walking her dogs. When she graduates, she will attend college and is currently deciding on a program to study.

Danny Arnold - VP of Community Service
High School: Bishop Luers High School
Bio: Danny Arnold is a student at Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Outside of FBLA, he stays active through football, NHS, Drama Club, Student Government, Key Club, and Academic Super Bowl. In his free time, he enjoys working out and learning the mechanics of his truck. As the Vice President of Community Service on the State Student Board, Danny is eager to make a meaningful impact this year.

Allison Norris - VP of National Programs
High School: Elkhart High School
Fun Fact: “I have travelled to half the country.”
Bio: Allison Norris serves as the Vice President of National Programs. A senior at Elkhart High School, she is actively involved in extracurriculars including National Honor Society, Student Government, Chess Club, and Band. In her free time, Allison enjoys cooking, diving into a good book, and hunting for the perfect outfit while shopping.

Victoria Lenze - Secretary
High School: McKenzie Career Center
Fun Fact: “I’m a huge DC fan”
Bio: Victoria is a senior at McKenzie Career Center and serves as Secretary on the Indiana FBLA State Student Board. She has been an active member of FBLA for three years. Outside of FBLA, she swims for the Lawrence North team and enjoys reading in her free time.

Dylan Bressler - Board Member

Fun Fact: “I wanted to be an architect when I was younger”
Bio: Dylan Bressler is a senior at Elkhart High School and serves on the Indiana FBLA Executive Board and on the committee for Community Service. He is currently in his third year of FBLA. In addition to his involvement with FBLA, Dylan has participated in track & field for two years and played football for one. Outside of school activities, he enjoys photography and reading non-fiction books.

Noeli Rodriguez - Board Member

Fun Fact:
Bio: Noeli Rodriguez is a senior at Elkhart High School and currently serves as Secretary of the Recruitment Committee for FBLA. Dedicated and driven, she brings leadership and enthusiasm to her chapter's growth and outreach efforts. Outside of FBLA, Noeli works as a lifeguard at Pierre Moran Pool, where she has gained valuable experience in responsibility and quick decision-making. She’s also passionate about athletics and stays active through tennis and cheerleading.

Odalis Rodriguez Miranda - Board Member
High School: Elkhart High School
Fun Fact: “I like to sing even though I’m not great at it.”
Bio: Odalis Rodriguez-Miranda is a junior in high school, an executive board member, and on the community service committee. She plays both the piano and drum set. Odalis runs her own small business, creating and selling handcrafted eternal flowers, fully customized to her customers' preferences. She truly enjoys the creative process. In her free time, she loves going to “bailes” and dancing all night with her friends and family, who mean the world to her. They’re her biggest motivation to keep working.

Fun Fact: “I started my own business at 6 years old”
Bio: Andrew Wyss is a dedicated senior at Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He proudly serves as an executive board member and on the National Programs Committee, where he helps support and develop Indiana FBLA initiatives. In addition to his involvement in FBLA, Andrew is an active student-athlete, participating in both baseball and football for his school. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and engaging in leadership opportunities that allow him to grow personally and professionally. Andrew is excited and honored to serve as one of your state board members in the upcoming year.
